Dentist by profession, teacher by passion, and entrepreneur by (happy) accident—Navneet wears many hats, and she rocks them all! She’s the creative force behind Nini’s, making sure every detail reflects the brand’s soul. With a knack for content creation and an eye for perfection, she brings Nini’s to life, one idea at a time. Simply put, Nini’s wouldn’t be Nini’s without her!

Bijay Yadav, our culinary maestro and the Executive Chef at Nini's Kitchen! One of our very first hires, he’s been with us from the start and now oversees kitchen operations across all 10 outlets of Nini’s and the Central Kitchen. Known for his quick learning and problem-solving skills, Bijay can fix anything before the technician even gets a call! With an eagle eye for kitchen hygiene and SOPs, he ensures that everything runs smoothly and safely. When he’s not whipping up delicious dishes, you can bet he’s busy making sure the kitchen is in tip-top shape!

Now, he leads a dynamic team of more than 200 stewards and captains across 10 outlets, all while spreading positivity and loyalty to the brand. Known for his unbeatable work ethic, Lalsingh never says “no” to a challenge.

Krishna doesn’t just lead marketing for Nini’s Kitchen, Niro, and Baked By Nini’s—she lives and breathes it! From being our most loyal guest since 2014 to scaling all three brands like a pro, her journey is pure dedication (and a little bit of caffeine). With 5+ years at Zomato and 2+ years consulting restaurants, she knows the food business inside out. A multitasking wizard and a rockstar team leader, Krishna makes sure everyone around her loves Nini’s as much as she does!

In addition to a BBA , Hely is equipped with a masters in culinary management making her an ideal candidate to handle budgeting, forecasting and inventory management of all 3 of our brands. With over 5 years of experience in this industry , her indepth knowledge of cost analysis and menu engineering has always ensured the viability and sustainability of all our sister brands.

With an experience of 12 years, 8 of which are in the hospitality sector, she spearheads a dedicated accounting team, ensuring high quality financial management.

Shantilal’s journey with Nini’s is nothing short of inspiring. From his early days as a cashier to becoming the mastermind behind our inventory and logistics at the central kitchen, his dedication and precision have been instrumental in keeping our operations seamless. With a sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to efficiency, he ensures that everything runs like clockwork. Whether it’s managing stock, streamlining supply chains, or optimizing workflows, Shantilal is the ultimate team player who keeps Nini’s running smoothly behind the scenes.

Meet Chef Nasim, the mastermind behind all the delicious baked goodies at Baked By Nini’s! With his expert hands and creative touch, every pastry, cake, and cookie comes out pure perfection. He may be soft-spoken, but his bakes speak volumes! From flaky croissants to decadent desserts, Nasim ensures every bite is a delight.

Apeksha brings 6+ years of diverse HR experience across Aviation, Healthcare, Education, IT, and F&B industries. Known for her strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, she drives employee engagement and organizational effectiveness with a proactive approach.
She specializes in end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and large-scale workforce management, ensuring seamless operations while building high-performing, people-centric work cultures.
